The instant on/off, uniform heating system provides heating on both sides of the board to enhance product characteristics.

The instant on/off, uniform heating system provides preheating for a roofing application in Alabama. Automatic control of the IR output allows the system to optimize the preheating process according to changing process conditions. This is the customer’s 2nd Marsden IR System started up within 18 months.

The instant on/off, uniform heating system provides drying following a Curtain Coater for a paper application in Texas. Automatic control of the IR output allows the system to maximize the drying process. The reliable, repeatable and efficient operation of the system were the key factors in the customer’s selection process. This is the customer’s thirteenth (13th) Marsden IR Coating Drying System.

4. Marsden commissions Gas IR System for Coated Liner Application

Marsden, Inc., Pennsauken, NJ, the leading US supplier of gas infrared drying systems, is pleased to announce the start-up of a system to preheat and initiate the evaporation process on a water-based coating application on a converting machine. The high intensity, penetrating drying capability doubled the line speed on the machine while improving sheet characteristics.

5. Marsden receives two (2) Gas IR System orders for PreHeating Application from repeat customer

Marsden, Inc., Pennsauken, NJ, the leading US supplier of gas infrared drying systems, is pleased to announce the receipt of two (2) system orders for a roofing preheating application. The instant on/off, uniform heating system will provide preheating for a roofing application in a new Plant is the US. Shipment is scheduled for Q4 2025.

8. Marsden commissions Gas IR Drying Frame for Coated Recycled Paperboard Customer

Marsden, Inc., Pennsauken, NJ, the leading US supplier of gas infrared drying systems, is pleased to announce the successful commissioning of a Gas IR Drying Frame for a coated paperboard customer. The IR Drying Frame replaced a competitive IR Drying System. Marsden now has four (4) IR Drying Frames on the machine. The safe, reliable and effective operation of the system over the past ten (10) years led the customer to continue to rely on Marsden for their coating drying needs.

9. Marsden receives three (3) Gas IR System orders for PreHeating Application from repeat customer

Marsden, Inc., Pennsauken, NJ, the leading US supplier of gas infrared drying systems, is pleased to announce the receipt of three (3) system orders for a roofing preheating application. The instant on/off, uniform heating system will provide preheating for a roofing application on three (3) separate lines in locations to be determined in Q3 2025. Shipment is scheduled for Q2 2026.
