1. Marsden commissions Gas IR Profiling System for Coated Paperboard Application

The instant on/off, uniform heating system provides coating drying with CD Profiling Capability on a paperboard line in Alabama for a repeat customer. The CD profiling capability of the system was the basis for the customer choosing the Marsden Gas IR Coating Drying System for this most recent installation.

2. Marsden supplies Gas IR System for Glass Heating Application to repeat customer

Marsden, Inc., Pennsauken, NJ, the leading US supplier of gas infrared drying systems, is pleased to announce the successful commissioning of another system. The instant on/off, uniform heating system provides precise heat for a glass bending application in MI. This if the customer’s 7th Marsden IR System installation. The reliable, repeatable and efficient operation of the system has exceeded customer expectations. Two (2) additional systems are awaiting commissioning and another is on order for delivery in the Fall of 2023.

3. Marsden supplies Gas IR System for PreHeating Application

Marsden, Inc., Pennsauken, NJ, the leading US supplier of gas infrared drying systems, is pleased to announce the shipment of another system. The instant on/off, uniform heating system provides preheating for a roofing application in Georgia. Automatic control of the IR output allows the system to optimize the preheating process according to changing process conditions. Commissioning is scheduled for June 2023.

4. Marsden ships Gas IR System for PreHeating Application

The instant on/off, uniform heating system provides preheating for a roofing application in Missouri.  Automatic control of the IR output allows the system to optimize the preheating process according to changing process conditions. Commissioning is scheduled for October 2023.

5. Marsden receives order for Gas IR System for Paper Industry Application

Marsden, Inc., Pennsauken, NJ, the leading US supplier of gas infrared drying systems, is pleased to announce the receipt of another order for the paper industry. The instant on/off, uniform heating system will provide drying following a Curtain Coater for a paper application in Texas. Automatic control of the IR output will allow the system to maximize the drying process. The reliable, repeatable and efficient operation of the system were the key factors in the customer’s selection process. The system is scheduled for delivery in June 2024.

6. Marsden receives order from OEM for a Gas IR System for PreHeating Application

Marsden, Inc., Pennsauken, NJ, the leading US supplier of gas infrared drying systems, is pleased to announce the receipt of an order for another IR system. The instant on/off, uniform heating system provides preheating for a roofing application. The OEM will be supplying the equipment to one of its customers overseas. Automatic control of the IR output allows the system to optimize the preheating process according to changing process conditions. Shipment is scheduled for September 2023.
