MARSDEN’S first industrial installation replaced ceramic impingement burners with four (4) MARSDEN Air Seal IR Emitters for pre-drying at a major textile finishing plant. This customer was so pleased with the performance and fuel savings of the Marsden Emitters that within a couple months they ordered (54) additional emitters. Over 25 years later this customer continues to use MARSDEN Gas IR Emitters for their pre-drying requirements.

Saturated non-wovens are readily dryed and set using MARSDEN Gas IR Emitters. Compared to through drying, MARSDEN Emitters reduce the amount of saturant required and eliminate fiber tear out.
