MARSDEN Technical Sales Team Member will review each customer
inquiry. A Project
Information Form, completed by the customer, supplies
the machine process information necessary to determine the
heat transfer requirements for an application. The MARSDEN
Team Member uses the process information along with a computer
based heat transfer calculation program to create an offer
for the prospective customer. Preliminary drawings of the
installation can be presented along with the proposal. |

Sales Support
The offer will detail the project
objective, MARSDEN's drying strategy recommendation, scope of supply,
fuel and electrical requirements, space requirements, support services,
engineering and manufacturing schedules, pricing, terms and conditions,
as well as related performance and service guarantees.
On-site visitations can be arranged at which a MARSDEN Team Member
formally presents the technology incorporated into every system
as well as reviewing specific application requirements.
On-machine trial units are available for rental to verify the effectiveness
of the system for a particular application.

to custom design each MARSDEN IR system. |

& Servicing Support
All MARSDEN Systems
are commissioned by experienced and trained System Service
Technicians to start-up each system in a timely manner. Pre-commissioning
checklists promote an easy and uneventful start-up sequence.
Operator and maintenance training is provided as part of the
commissioning service. |

1-Year Free Service Guarantee provides every system with complete
coverage for any service required from one year of purchase
with no cost to the customer. This allows MARSDEN to ensure
every customer that its systems will meet or exceed their
expectations.
MARSDEN's Service Support also contacts every customer on
a routine basis as part of its Preventive Service Program
to provide long-term support of its systems. This allows MARSDEN
to proactively solicit customer requests and comments so that
its systems continue to improve to better serve the needs
of its existing and future customers. |
