MOISTURE PROFILER

To correct cross-machine moisture profile variability, the Modular IR System can be designed with CD zones to as narrow as 3". Each individual zone can be automatically modulated from 22%-100%. Each zone is modulated on ratio to maintain fuel efficiency.

Moisture profiling frames are available in 40", 31.5", 29.5", 24", 16" & 12" radiant machine-direction sizes to most accurately meet specific application space and heat transfer requirements. Radiant cross machine-direction dimensions are attained up to 300"
(7600 mm).

Each drying frame can be equipped with an air delivery system that promotes evaporation while evacuating the moisture and combustion products from the work area.

Profiling systems can be interfaced with coat weight control systems and a variety of DCS control systems to accurately and automatically correct CD web moisture variability.
