MARSDEN NAMES LUCIDI NEW PRESIDENT/CEO

Pennsauken, NJ - Marsden, Inc., manufacturer of Gas Infrared Drying Systems, announced today that Gerard J. Lucidi has been named President & CEO of the company. Lucidi previously served as the firm's General Manager - a position he has held since 1998. The company's founder, Thomas M. Smith assumes the position of Chairman.

In making this announcement, Smith stated, "Gerry's insight and hard work has helped take this company to a leadership position within our industry. We look forward to many more years of Gerry applying his vision towards Marsden's growth."
