MARSDEN RECEIVES ISO 9001:2000 CERTIFICATION

Pennsauken, NJ - Marsden Inc., one of the nation’s leading manufacturers of gas infrared drying systems, announced today that it’s Quality System was upgraded to ISO 9001:2000 certification. This replaces the ISO 9001 certification which the company received in 1996.

According to Gerry Lucidi, General Manager of the New Jersey based firm, “We are very excited to have our status upgraded in such a manner. It underscores the commitment we have to provide our customers with the highest quality products and excellent service.” The company manufactures gas infrared drying systems for the pulp and paper, aluminum and steel, flooring and ceiling tiles, glass, paint finishing, and textile & non-woven industries.

ISO 9001:2000 is the latest international standard for Quality Management Systems set forth by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). It provides guidelines for establishing and maintaining an effective quality program.
