Continuous
radiant emitters are supplied in one-row, two-row or three-row frames.
Machine-direction radiant dimensions of 11" (280 mm) with a maximum
CD dimension of 225" (5700 mm) per row allow for uniform heating
across the entire substrate.
Each row can be independently modulated in output from 22%-100%
to maintain sheet temperature setpoints to within +/- 5ºF.
Both manual and automatic control is available.
Each drying frame can be equipped with an air delivery system that
promotes evaporation while evacuating the moisture and combustion
products from the work area.
Individual rows can be zoned to accommodate varying sheet widths. |
